Developments in the innovation of modern building materials have been able to generate new ideas to meet the needs of construction work to be more efficient and economical. One of the modern building materials is HP Panel, HP Panel is a structural material that can withstand hot and cold temperatures. This material is made of two thin layers contained in the structure of the HP Panel, this is called the skin/cover layer (galvanized/stanlis plate) and one layer is called the core layer (PU/PIR). Polyurethane (PU) / Polyisocyanurate (PIR) has the same shape and characteristics as foam or foam. The basic ingredients of these materials are produced from the mixing of two chemicals, namely Isocynate and Polyol which will form foam after reacting, the only difference being that the PIR core layer has a more fire-resistant character. PIR sandwich panels can be said to be premium sandwich panels because they are both commonly used for the manufacture of cold rooms, abf, processing rooms, cosmetic factories, hospitals, food factories, food and beverage.
